The Town Hall is organized by Impact Hub Oakland and a community Advisory Committee of over 45 people. It is inspired by the work of the African American Policy Forum and is part of their series of national hearings designed to amplify the stories and struggles of women and girls of color.AF3IRM SF Bay Area is a community partner for this event, supporting #BTSOak as they work to advance gender & racial justice for our local communities. This will be a powerful day of action and restoration as girls and women of color speak across a range of issues including displacement, education, interpersonal and inter-communal violence, and criminalization.***RSVP Is Required.
