Starting at 12 noon

This year’s march will start at the Metropolitan Detention Center at Alameda and Aliso Streets and will end at Los Angeles City Hall. Join us starting at 11am for pre-march activities, including live screen-printing and art-making.

Press Release: March for the Feminist Future in honor of International Women’s Day in Downtown Los Angeles on March 3rd!

Leading up to and the day of the march, follow hashtag #IWDLA2018, as well as AF3IRM LA (@af3irmla) accounts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Featuring performances by Chulita Vinyl Club and Chingona Fire.

AF3IRM is a national organization of women engaged in transnational feminist, anti-imperialist activism and dedicated to the fight against oppression in all its forms.  With the slogan “a woman’s place is at the head of the struggle,” AF3IRM is an all-volunteer, grassroots organization whose members recognize the intersectionality of their struggles and the absolute necessity of women’s revolutionary resistance.
